At Roarstore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. If your equipment doesn't meet your training standards, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your workout as quickly as possible.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Roarstore account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and use the tracking link provided to monitor your refund or exchange status.
